The box office does not maintain normal box office hours. Most questions can be answered via email, and tickets may be purchased online. If you require phone assistance, leave a message and your call will be returned within 48 hours.

Location & Parking

There is free and ample street parking available near the playhouse on weekdays and Saturdays after 6pm. Sundays are free all day. There are also plenty of private and public parking lots including a garage on 5th and Mission, just two blocks away from the theatre.

Performance Policies

*We offer patrons the courtesy of exchanging their tickets through our online ticketing service up to 72 hours before their scheduled performance. Instructions on how to do so are provided in an email after purchasing tickets.

 

*We do not offer refunds for tickets, but unused tickets may be used as a donation. Please notify the box office if you would like to donate your tickets for a tax-deductible donation.

 

*Due to the intimacy of our playhouse we often do not offer late seating as it will interrupt the performance. We ask patrons to arrive at least 15 minutes before curtain to ensure proper seating.
